☀︎ When will my order ship?
I try ship out orders within 1-2 weeks of purchase (But there may be delays due to manufacturing hiccups). Keep in mind that once it's been shipped, U.S. shipping can take around 1-2 weeks to arrive, and 2-4 weeks for international.
Pre-orders are on a different timeline than typical items, please note their individual pages to see estimates of when they'll be sent out. If your order includes a pre-order item, even if you have regular items, they will all be shipped together and you will need to wait until pre-orders are ready to be sent out. If you would like the regular items to arrive faster, you must order them seperately.
☀︎ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5 for U.S. orders! If you are doing an order with International, please order from my Etsy storefront instead! (International orders can still be made through BigCartel, but the automatic shipping rates are often cheaper through Etsy rather than here.)
International buyers: Please note that you will be responsible for covering any potential customs/import fees and taxes (such as VAT) depending on your country's import laws.
☀︎ Where do you ship from? Do you ship everywhere?
I ship everywhere from the U.S. unless there's an external postal issue with USPS (such as a delay or other circumstances). Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions about this.
☀︎ When will you be re-stocking?
Once enough products go out-of-stock, I'll be trying to get a re-stock as soon as possible! If there's something you want that is out of stock, I'd recommend checking my Etsy store as well! I have to split the quantity numbers between both sites, so one site might have it if the other doesn't.

☀︎ What is your return policy?
You can cancel your order and request a refund as long as your package hasn't been shipped. Once it is shipped, I do not issue refunds. I also won't offer refunds due to customer error (misspelled address, wrong product ordered, etc.), so please make sure your information is inputted correctly before ordering.
If your product arrives damaged or you are missing items, feel free to e-mail me to discuss a course of action.
